Refund/Service Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. A 20% deposit is required to reserve the installation date.

2. The deposit is fully refundable if the project is canceled more than 30 days before the scheduled start date.

3. If the project is canceled within 30 days of the scheduled start date, the deposit is non-refundable.

4. Once the project is installed, it is covered by a 1-year guarantee.

Rescheduling Policy

1. Notice Requirement: Clients must provide at least 14 days' notice to reschedule the installation date.

2. Rescheduling Fee: A rescheduling fee of $250 (if applicable) may be charged if the installation is rescheduled within 14 days of the original date.

3. Availability: Rescheduling is subject to availability. If the new date cannot be accommodated, the client may be asked to choose from available dates.

4. Impact on Deposit: The initial 20% deposit will remain applied to the rescheduled installation, but any change in schedule may impact overall project timelines.

5. Repeated Rescheduling: If the client reschedules the installation more than two times, additional fees or a review of the contract terms may apply.
